Summer Programs
We have so many wonderful programs to offer our students this summer. Not only will we have open library hours on Wednesdays, where students can borrow books, but we are also lending supplies, equipment and passes. In the video (to the right), all of the lending supply library items are featured. Please take a few minutes to preview the video to see if there is something that you may want to borrow. In addition, all of the summer library programs are highlighted. We will once again be hosting "Books and Beaches" and we are also starting a book club for students who "Do'NUT" know what to read. These students can come and get book recommendations while also enjoying a donut. There is a little something for everyone. Check it out!

Thank you Community Partners!
Students had so much fun enjoying the many different programs that the library had to offer this Winter. Many of these events would not have been possible without our community partners who continually support our students. Thank you to the following Community Partners:

Family After-School Library Hours
Prior to Covid our library was full of families during after-school hours. We would love to open the library back up again for students and families to come and enjoy. Families can feel free to browse the shelves, read a good book together, work on homework, or enjoy a quiet activity. We ask that all children in grades K-4 who are staying to come with a family member who will supervise them. We encourage parents of students in grades 5-6 to come and enjoy the library with their families as well, but they are more than welcome to stay in the library without their families, as long as they have their parents permission, have signed up prior to 1:00 on the sign-up sheet posted on the bulletin, and have work (homework, reading, projects, etc.) to during their time. Students are not allowed to use their phones during this time.
The library will be open Monday -Thursday from 2:20-3:10. With the exception of the first Tuesday of each month while the staff attends our monthly faculty meeting. Please reach to Mrs. Crossman or Mrs. Chance for further information! |
